This knife can be used not only for removal of textile handcuffs. Thanks to the special shape of the blade it is possible to use this knife also for rapid cutting of car safety belts, either in a car accident or at police crackdown on dangerous person sitting in the vehicle. It can be used for easy and safe removal of clothes during the emergency first aid.
The HK-02 knife has ergonomic shape with an aperture for safe holding and with an eye for hanging on an outfit or a key-ring. Cutter edge is embedded in order to prevent any injury at manipulation. Plastic lead-in part of the knife is of special shape enabling its easy sliding under the handcuffs.
